Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard delivery nationwide:

• Standard Shipping: Available nationwide across South Africa. A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships, with an estimated delivery window for your area.
• Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied on orders of R1,000 or more, with no coupon code required.

Our shipping costs are simple:

• Standard: R100 on orders below R1,000.
• Free Standard: On orders of R1,000 or more — applied automatically at checkout.

Orders are processed on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on our Track My Order page or directly through the carrier's website.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
